The 2017 melty Future Awards are coming up and we can't wait for this year's star-studded event. The melty Future Awards aim to recognize young up-and-coming stars who are on the road to being a household name. This year's ceremony takes place on February 6, and will return to the Grand Rex in Paris. Here's everything you need to know about the 2017 MFAs. We've nominated five heartthrobs for the Special International Male Prize, and we've very excited to present them to you. First up, we've got the latest Spider-Man, Tom Holland. The British actor made his debut as Spidey in Captain America: Civil War and now he's getting his very own film with the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming. This is the first time Marvel has gotten involved with their former web-slinger property and they wanted to go with an actor who is close to high-school age like the comic character.
Shawn Mendes is one of our other nominees. He's a Canadian singer-songwriter best known for his songs "Stitches", "Mercy" and "Treat You Better" and you can check him out on his Illuminate tour in 2017. Next there's Scott Eastwood, son of the legendary Clint Eastwood. You might have seen the younger Eastwood in films like Suicide Squad and The Longest Ride, and he's set to join the Fast and Furious franchise in 2017. You might recognize nominee Daniel Sharman from Teen Wolf and The Originals. The English actor's latest endeavor is taking on the role of Hardin in the movie adaptation of Anna Todd's novel After.
And last but certainly not least, we have Colton Haynes, who appeared in the first couple of Teen Wolf seasons and then went on to star in Arrow. In 2017, you can catch Haynes alongside Scarlett Johansson in the upcoming film Rock That Body. That's it for the guys! Find out which ladies we nominated for the Special International Female Prize here.
