David Ayer's been talking about Jared Leto's Joker in Suicide Squad and revealed that his tattoos tell a very specific story.

Suicide Squad is fast-approaching and we really can't wait. We're so excited for it that we put it in our summer 2016 movies preview list. We want to see Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn, Will Smith's Deadshot, even Jai Courtney's Captain Boomerang. However, everybody seems to be most excited for Jared Leto's Joker. We're not even sure how much screen time he'll get in the movie, but the Joker is such an important part of the DC universe that people take him very seriously. David Ayer's been talking his Joker and has unveiled an interesting bit of information about those much discussed tattoos. Check out what he said below.

David Ayer told Yahoo Movies that the Joker's tattoos tell a very specific story. “The tattoos tell a very specific story, and eventually people will decipher them and understand what’s going on, but obviously they’re contentious, any time you do something new it’s contentious. There’s very specific stories and easter eggs in those tattoos.” Ayer continued: “And even his teeth, there’s an entire story behind that which is absolutely canon. It’s putting his history on his body. This Joker is a little more working class, who I believe could live in our world.” We really can't wait to see what Leto's Joker will end up looking like onscreen. Ayer's already said that Jared Leto's Joker is absolutely incredible. Let's hope he was telling the truth. What do you think about those Joker tattoos?
