Filming for American Horror Story Season 5 has only just kicked off and fellow cast members are already saying how amazing a new addition Lady Gaga is! Check below for everything they had to say

Having swept up no less than 19 Emmy nomination for its fourth season, "Freak Show", American Horror Story: Hotel is under a lot of pressure to deliver the goods. Fans were initially sceptical about the fifth season's potential as they mourned the loss of mainstay Jessica Lange. However, creator Ryan Murphy has shown no signs of succumbing to the pressure, recruiting several new cast members and promising big things for American Horror Story: Hotel. Indeed, we've just heard news that Tony-nominated Lily Rabe is back for Season 5 and will be playing serial killer Aileen Wuornos. She'll be joined by several of the show's regulars, including Kathy Bates, Evan Peters and Angela Bassett. In spite of all their stellar performances over four solid seasons, however, all eyes are on Gaga as she prepares for her new role as "The Countess Owner of 'Hotel' Cortez." Entertainment City caught up with a few of her co-stars to see how she's doing.

Lady Gaga, who was recruited back in February, will be playing a wealthy countess named Elizabeth. She'll be the owner of Season 5's Hotel Cortez and according to Murphy, she'll be "consumed with art and fashion and people". It has also been recently revealed that her character will be bisexual and will have intimate relationships with Donovan (Matt Bomer), Tristan (Finn Witrock), and Ramona (Angela Bassett). Speaking to Entertainment City, Gaga's co-star Kathy Bates said: "I have a feeling she's going to bring a lot to the company and also fit in very well." When asked about the casting decision she replied: "I thought it was brilliant casting. But she seems like a young woman who can really transform herself." Her fellow cast member and on-screen love interest Matt Bomer complimented the star on her creativity, saying "she's one of the most gifted artists of her generation. I know that she's going to bring all the brilliance and creativity that she puts into her music into her character,". American Horror Story premieres on October 7, so sit tight and enjoy the ride! Do you think Gaga will go down well on AHS: Hotel?
