Chris Evans has recently revealed that he would be open to the possibly of Cap appearing in the next Guardians of the Galaxy films and Spider-Man: Homecoming. Check out what he said in the video below
Spider-Man: Homecoming and Guardians of the Galaxy 2 are coming soon. They're both scheduled for release in 2017. Spider-Man: Homecoming is set to hit theaters July 7, 2017 and Guardians 2 should come out on May 5, 2017. They're very close together, and 2017 will surely have a summer of movies to remember. We already know that Michael Keaton will be in the Spider-Man reboot. We've also heard rumors that Keaton could be playing Spider-Man's iconic villain, Vulture. We'd love to see him take on another bird type comic book character. It turns out that Chris Evans wouldn't be averse to playing Captain America in either film, although he feels that it would make more sense for him to be in Homecoming than Guardians 2. Check out what he had to say in the video below.
In an interview with MTV International, Chris Evans admitted that he would like Cap to feature in both the next Guardians film and the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming. "Guardians would be fun, wouldn't it?" he said. "But it's very outer spacey. Cap's more of an Earth-bound guy." Evans then started to talk about how it would make more sense for Cap to turn up alongside Tom Holland in Spider-Man: Homecoming. "Maybe the next Spider-Man. Those are going to be fantastic and I think Tom's just a great actor, so that might be a fun one to pop into." It would be something to behold to see Cap and the newly rebooted Spider-Man side by side, fighting crime. We will undoubtedly get to see that sometime in the future, most likely in the next Avengers movies. But we're an impatient bunch, and always want things to happen now. Would you rather see Cap in Guardians 2 or Spider-Man: Homecoming?
