The son of Stark returns this Sunday in Game of Thrones Season 6: Episode 2, and no, unfortunately we don't mean Jon Snow! Check out the spoiler photos below!
Iwan Rheon has been speaking about playing the extremely hated Ramsay Bolton in Game of Thrones Season 6, but he's not the only iconic character to return this season. After a season break, Isaac Hempstead-Wright is back as Bran Stark in Episode 2, and boy are we excited to see how he's changed! Rather than giving us a season of Bran learning his powers, the Stark boy was instead absent for the entirety of Season 5 so that when he arrived this season, he will already be able to harness his powers. That's not to say he won't still have some training to do, but he'll be Return of the Jedi Luke Skywalker rather than Empire Strikes Back Luke Skywalker, if you know what we mean. We know that Bran is a warg, but what else will he be able to do that we haven't seen yet? We'll find out this week, and you can sneak a peek with the spoiler photos for Episode 2 below!
The plot synopsis for Episode 2, titled "Home", is as follows: "Bran trains with the Three-Eyed Raven. In King’s Landing, Jaime advises Tommen. Tyrion demands good news, but has to make his own. At Castle Black, the Night’s Watch stands behind Thorne. Ramsay Bolton proposes a plan, and Balon Greyjoy entertains other proposals." Bran will probably be having the easiest week in Westeros come Sunday, because it looks like there's a power struggle almost everywhere else! Also, is Bran standing in the spoiler photos? Is it a dream, or has he regained the use of his legs? We'd love to see the look on Jaime's face when the child he once crippled runs toward him in combat!
