Arya is still on the run and Cersei makes her move against the High Sparrow. It's all going down this week, check out the spoiler photos for Game of Thrones Season 6: Episode 8 below!
Only three more episodes to go now, and the stage has been set for some of the biggest conflicts Westeros has ever seen. Jon Snow prepares to fight Ramsay Bolton for his ancestral home of Winterfell, the Game of Thrones Season 6: Episode 8 trailer teases that Cersei takes on the Sparrows, and Bran is on the run from the White Walkers with Meera and his Uncle Benjen. The director of the final two episodes of this season is the man behind last season's "Hardhome", and something tells us we might have an epic battle with the White Walkers on our hands yet. What if Jon and Ramsay battled it out in Episode 9, only to be forced to join together as the White Walkers descend on them in the closing moments? That would make for one hell of a finale! In the meantime though, check out the spoiler photos for Episode 8 below, courtesy of Watchers on the Wall and Farfarawaysite.
The plot synopsis for Episode 8 "No One" is as follows: "While Jaime weighs his options, Cersei answers a request. Tyrion’s plans bear fruit. Arya faces a new test." The spoiler photos suggest that the options Jaime's weighing up are whether to assault Riverrun or not, and something tells us that the vaguely worded answering of a request alludes to Cersei answering the demands of the Faith Militant with violence. Tyrion appears to be in control in the photos, but is the fruit that has been borne from his plans the fruit that he wanted, or has he been betrayed? It's hard to tell, as nothing is ever simple in Game of Thrones. And with Brienne and Pod arriving in Riverrun, will they try to get Jaime to keep to his promise to protect Sansa Stark, and lead an army against Ramsay to assist Jon Snow? It would be a great plot twist, but the details about Sansa's secret letter from Game of Thrones Season 6: Episode 7 have been unveiled, and something tells us a different army will be showing up. How do you think events will play out next week?
