The 2017 melty Future Awards are coming up and it's time to get acquainted with the lovely ladies nominated for the Special International Female category. Find out who the nominees are below
Our annual melty Future Awards are on the horizon - February 6 to be exact, and here's everything else you need to know about this year's ceremony. The 2017 MFA is set to be a star-studded event that seeks to recognize the hottest up and coming personalities. We've nominated five very talented ladies for the Special International Female Prize, the first of which is Zoë Kravitz. She's the daughter of rockstar Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet, but has made a name for herself in Hollywood. Kravitz has appeared in the Divergent series, Mad Max: Fury Road, X-Men: First Class and she's set to star alongside Scarlett Johansson in 2017 in the film Rock That Body. Then there's Swedish singer Ebba Tove Elsa Nilsson, better known as her stage name Tove Lo. She's best known for her songs "Habit (Stay High)", "Cool Girl" and "Talking Body".
Nina Dobrev, who shot to stardom thanks to her role on The Vampire Diaries (please come back to us Elena!) is another of our nominees. Fans are really hoping to see Dobrev return in TVD's final season, but if you're looking for something more concrete, you can get excited about seeing the Bulgarian-Canadian actress in the upcoming film xXx: Return of Xander Cage, starring Vin Diesel. Katie Cassidy is also a former star of The CW (R.I.P. Laurel Lance). Fans of Cassidy's character on Arrow can look forward to seeing her reprise the role in an upcoming Season 5 episode. And last, but certainly not least there's Bella Thorne, who's starring in the new Freeform series Famous in Love. One of these five women will win the Special International Female Award at the 2017 melty Future Awards, which takes place on February 6 at the Grand Rex. Who would you like to see take home the prize?
