Work on Spider-Man: Homecoming is well underway and we've got a sneaky glimpse at Tom Holland, Zendaya and Tony Revolori walking around on set.
We were all introduced to Tom Holland's Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War, and now we really can't wait to see what he'll do in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Not only is this the first time we'll see Tom Holland take on the role in his own movie, it's also the first time that Marvel and Sony are working together on a Spider-Man movie. This news made us, and loads of other Spidey fans out there, incredibly excited. Now that principal photography on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 has wrapped, it's time for Spider-Man: Homecoming to start shooting. We've recently heard that Logan Marshall-Green and Silicon Valley's Martin Starr have joined the movie, but there's been no sight of them on set just yet. There was no sign of Donald Glover either. We're still hoping that he'll be playing Miles Morales in some way, or at least spend some time in the Spider-man suit. It seems like they are focusing on the young ones right now: Tom Holland, Zendaya, who'll be playing Michelle, and Tony Revolori who's going to be Peter Parker's best friend Manuel. We wouldn't be surprised to see their three characters form a close friendship in the movie. Since Marvel hired Holland as Peter Parker, this film will feature the youngest Spider-Man we've ever seen onscreen, and the film will center on high school life. We're still wondering whether Michael Keaton will be playing Vulture... Are you looking forward to Spider-Man: Homecoming?
